What are Crumbl Cookies?
Crumbl is an amazing cookie company that specializes in HUGE cookies in a variety of flavors. And with a rotating menu of different and incredible cookies, you can get new cookie flavors every week…and believe me, I want to! Plus, they deliver. Like, until midnight. Late night, warm cookie anyone?
If you don’t have a Crumbl near you, or if your crumbl addiction is starting to break the bank, I have the solution for you! These copycat cookies are just like the real thing, but so much more affordable.
Classic Flavors Crumbl Cookies Recipe
Crumbl has one or two flavors you can always find in the store despite their rotating menu. You can always find their famous Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie and a Sugar Cookie of some sort. Their Chilled Sugar Cookie with the Sweet Almond Icing that they are known for is usually available, but every once in a while a different variation of the sugar cookie will be featured. One like their Coconut Lime Sugar cookie, or Berries N’ Cream Sugar Cookie.
Crumbl Chocolate Chip Cookie
A Crumbl chocolate chip cookie, in my opinion, is THE PERFECT chocolate chip cookie. An enormous cookie studded with big milk chocolate chips. It is thick and crisp on the outside, while still being chewy and perfect on the inside. This was Crumbl’s very first recipe and my copycat is absolute perfection!
Crumbl’s Chilled Sugar Cookie
Crumbl sugar cookies are soft and buttery cookies topped with a perfectly sweet almond icing. The almond icing gives the cookie it’s signature flavor but it isn’t at all overpowering. My Favorite Crumbl Cookie Recipes
Personally, my favorite crumbl cookie recipes are all of the cheesecake ones. Particularly that Raspberry Cheesecake cookie. It might be because it was the very first Crumbl Cookie I’d ever had, so it’s a bit nostalgic, or it might be that graham cracker base cookie. I’m literally drooling as I type this.
Another copycat recipe I can’t stop making is the Cookie Dough Cookie. I am a huge cookie dough lover (only the edible, egg-free kind though) and this cookie just hits the mark. From the actual cookie base to the cookie dough flavored frosting, the entire thing tastes like a giant piece of cookie dough.
Same-Dough Crumble Cookie Recipe
Something interesting that most people don’t realize is that a lot of Crumbl’s Cookie recipes can be boiled down to one of 4 base recipes. Sugar base, original base (think chocolate chip cookie), chocolate base and peanut butter base. Yes, they will occasionally have cookies that veer away from this, but a lot of their cookies are just little tweaks and variations of base recipes. I wanted to make some cookies for team treats for my grandsons last baseball game of the season. I chose the sugar and birthday cake cookies. The boys loved them and of course I made extra for my daughter to take home. With each cookie she tasted, she texted how amazing they were.
