How to make Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

The process of making the egg free cookie dough is exactly how you would make regular cookie dough.

Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add in the milk and vanilla, mix again until completely incorporated. Add in the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder and salt) and mix until combined. Fold in those chocolate chips and get snacking!

*If you’re nervous about consuming raw flour, I suggest you microwave the flour for 1 1/2 minutes prior to making the recipe.

How to Store Your Cookie Dough

I like to roll the dough into small, bitesized balls and then store in the fridge. Regardless of whether you roll into balls or not, this should be stored in the fridge.

If you want to roll into balls, I suggest rolling into balls, lining on a cookie sheet and then freezing for 10 minutes. After they have been in the freezer for 10 minutes you will be able to toss all of the balls into a zip top bag and refrigerate without the cookie dough balls sticking to each other.
