You may think that you may need fancy things like an ice cream maker or an old school bucket and handle to make your own ice cream, but you can actually make it in your own kitchen with your blender. Follow along with this recipe and see how you can make your very own no-churn peach ice cream using fresh peaches, a blender and about 30 minutes (or less) of prep work!

This peach ice cream is about as simple as it gets, meaning that you can spend more time eating and less time prepping. With a sweet and tart flavor from fresh peaches and the creamy texture of the ice cream, you’ll feel like it’s summertime any time to eat it.

What are the ingredients in this No-Churn Peach Ice Cream?

There are only 5 simple ingredients needed to make this homemade peach ice cream! You may even find that you have 2 or 3 in your home already.

The ingredients:

  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Vanilla
  • Salt
  • Fresh peaches

Notice how there are no eggs in this recipe? That’s because of this peach ice cream recipe has no eggs! While it’s common to find eggs included in homemade ice creams, that also adds in extra steps during the prep work like tempering the eggs, and we like things to stay nice and easy. So check out the recipe card below for a simple homemade ice cream that can be prepared pretty quickly!

How do you make homemade peach ice cream from scratch?

Take the cold heavy whipping cream and place it in a bowl. Whip the cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form and then set it to the side.

Take 6 whole peaches, remove the peels, and cut them into slices or chunks. Place 3 in a blender and puree them until they’re smooth, reserving the rest for later.

Whisk together the peaches and the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt in a sperate bowl and then fold the whipping cream into peach mixture.

Fold the whipping cream in half at a time and then add in the rest of the diced peaches. Pour the mix into a 9×5 loaf pan and freeze it overnight. Scoop and enjoy.

What to serve with Peach Ice Cream?

The hardest part of making this no-churn peach ice cream is deciding how to serve it when it’s ready. Do you choose to eat it in a bowl or in a cone-these are the tough decisions. 😉

I personally like to eat mine out of a waffle cone, or on top of a warm slice of vanilla cake.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 peaches pealed, cut and divided

Instructions

  • Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • Cut and peel 3 peaches and blend until smooth.
  • Whisk together the blended peaches, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt.
  • Fold half of the whipped cream into the peach mixture. Fold the remaining whipped cream.
  • Add the remaining diced peaches to the mixture.
  • Pour into a 9x5 loaf pan, freeze overnight. Allow to sit at room temperature for 5 or so minutes before scooping.

Notes

*Because peaches are liquid based, this sometimes gives the ice cream a slightly ice-y texture when scooping. Rest assured that as soon as it enters your mouth it will be super creamy!
