No Bake Frozen S’mores Pie

S’mores are just a summer classic, aren’t they? Whenever I eat s’mores it always takes me back to summer nights with friends, circled around either a fire pit or bonfire roasting marshmallows and/or Starbursts. I have done this for years, like as long as I can remember!

Last year, while we were living on the East Coast we would get together with a group of friends weekly to grill and eat s’mores. Also, watching a toddler eat their very first s’more is pretty much up there with guilt free naps.. AMAZING. ?

I only have one issue with s’mores. No, its not how messy and sticky they can be.. It is the fact that it is 100° outside, everyone has to sit around a hot fire to roast marshmallows and then you eat hot s’mores.

Am I the only one that thinks that is just silly? (Fun fact: I hate being too hot) This ultra cold, freezer s’mores pie is the way to go for me from now on. Every bit as rich, just a little more refreshing.

S'mores pie combines graham crackers, cocolate and marshmallow in this gooey frozen pie.

How to Make S’mores Pie

This S’mores pie comes together so quickly and easily it is guaranteed to become your new go to summer dessert.

First, a Symphony chocolate bar and sweetened condensed milk are melted together. You can do this on the stovetop or in the microwave. I do it in the microwave.

I find combining these two ingredients in the microwave cuts the time greatly. It only needs 30 seconds in the microwave, and then it isn’t extremely hot either. It is melty enough to stir it smooth, but it isn’t like liquid lava.

Symphony chocolate bar, sweetened condensed milk and cool whip are mixed together for the chocolate Layer.

Once the chocolate has cooled for a few minutes, stir in some cool whip. I busted out the whisk and it worked really well.

Pour the chocolate into a pre-made graham cracker crumb crust. Toss the pie in the freezer while making the marshmallow layer.

The chocolate layer poured into the pre made graham cracker crust.

To make the white marshmallow layer, cool whip and marshmallow creme are mixed together. This layer is 100% my favorite.

The marshmallow layer is poured on top of the chocolate layer and then returned to the freezer for a few hours until it is time to serve.

Marshmallow layer is made with marshmallow cream and cool whip.

Yes, this pie is kept in the freezer, but it never actually freezes! Honestly! Everything gets super cold and thick, but stays extremely gooey. Just like the real thing!

This S’mores pie is sure to a hit for any dinner, get together or holiday. Everyone will love it!
