No bake desserts are the best, right? I absolutely love no bake chocolate cookies, No bake chocolate peanut butter granola bars and my No bake Cheesecake!

Easy Fresh Peach Pie.. in under 5 minutes!

Peaches are quickly growing to be one of my favorite seasonal fruits! So fresh, so juicy juicy!

Growing up, I actually had a big old peach tree in my back yard aaaaand I was too picky to even try a peach. Can you believe that? I can and can’t.

I can believe that I wouldn’t try it because, truly, I was the pickiest of the picky’s. I can’t believe it because I missed out on all that deliciousness for so stinking many years!!

One day when I am old and rich (HA) I am going to have a peach tree in my back yard and I will never take it for granted. For now though, my in-law’s backyard and farmer’s markets is where I’ll get my peaches every fall.

This pie is one I’ll make year after year, too. Quick, easy and absolutely drool-inducing delicious.

How to make this Fresh Peach Pie Recipe

First, lets talk crust. I always always ALWAYS use my Sugar Cookie Crust. Yes, it does bake, so it makes this recipe a tad more time intensive but totally worth it in my opinion.

You could definitely use a store bought or homemade graham cracker crust if you’d rather, though!

To make the creamy filling, you’ll essentially be combining homemade vanilla buttercream with cool whip. (You could definitely use homemade whipped cream if you’d rather!)

So, butter, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla are mixed together until the buttercream is smooth (and delicious. ?). Mix in half of a container of cool whip.

Your next job is to wash, peel and slice your peaches!

These peaches were absolutely perfect. The peels practically fell off! I actually had to cut an entire extra peach because my little helpers kept steeling slices!

Now, take half of that cool whip mixture and spread it in the bottom of your pie crust.

Spread half of the peach slices on top of the cool whip mixture.

Spread the remaining cool whip and buttercream mixture onto the sliced peaches. Then top the cool whip mixture with the remaining peach slices.

Top the peaches with the leftover plain cool whip.

You can serve immediately if needed, but for best results I would suggest letting it chill out in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
