Pancake Mix Blueberry Muffins are so quick and easy to throw together, kids can do it! (In fact, my son did today!) I love getting kids in the kitchen, their little brains just soak up everything and they learn so fast! This is definitely a little more advanced but with a little guidance and teaching the first time, your kids will be making these by themselves in no time!Pancake Mix Blueberry Muffins are made from pancake mix, sugar, butter, milk, an egg and fresh blueberries. 5 stars
These were so good! And I don’t have small kids – I made them for myself and my adult daughter! I used Krusteaz for the pancake mix. The only thing I changed was instead of using 3/4 c milk, I used 1/2 c of milk and 1/4 c of vanilla creamer. And then I added pink sugar sprinkles to the top before baking, since it’s spring. Saving this recipe to make again!
