Broccoli in Oven FAQs
My first tip is to make sure you are not over-saturating your broccoli with cooking oil, which is why I suggest using a Canola Oil spray. If you’ve toned down the level of oil and are still getting soggy broccoli ,you may need to increase your oven temperature.
If your broccoli is burning, make sure you are shaking the pan or flipping the broccoli halfway through. If that doesn’t fix the issue, try decreasing the cooking time or oven temperature a little bit.

How long did you bake it with the carrots?
About 20 minutes. The carrots still had a slight crunch to them but that is how I like it. ?
