Allow the broccoli to cool and place in an airtight container for 3 days. When you’re ready to serve, simply reheat in the microwave, or on the stove if you’d like to preserve the crispy edges.

Broccoli in Oven FAQs

How do you roast broccoli without it getting soggy?

My first tip is to make sure you are not over-saturating your broccoli with cooking oil, which is why I suggest using a Canola Oil spray. If you’ve toned down the level of oil and are still getting soggy broccoli ,you may need to increase your oven temperature.

How do you stop broccoli from burning when roasting?

If your broccoli is burning, make sure you are shaking the pan or flipping the broccoli halfway through. If that doesn’t fix the issue, try decreasing the cooking time or oven temperature a little bit.
