Broccoli in the Oven

This easy oven-roasted broccoli is the supreme way to serve broccoli. Full of crispy edges and flavor - it’s changing the side dish game.

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • Canola Oil Cooking Spray
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Break the head of broccoli apart into small, bite sized pieces. Arrange on a cookie sheet.
  • Lightly spray the broccoli with the Canola Oil Spray.
  • Season with Salt and Pepper.
  • Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, shaking the pan to move around the broccoli halfway through.
  • Serve hot!

Notes

You can use as much broccoli as you need- just note that the broccoli will shrink quite a bit as it roasts!
