Kid’s Thank You Note

These Kid’s thank you notes are perfect for teaching gratitude and are cute way of saying ‘thank you’!

Kid’s thank you notes in general are adorable, but these customizable ones are just too much! Recently a nursery leader really stepped up to the plate when Marlee was missing daddy at church and I really wanted to use the opportunity to teach my kids about gratitude.

Having an attitude of gratitude is something that I think is lacking in today’s society. I am so guilty of this as well. It seems that sometimes I forget how fortunate I am and how grateful I should be until A) something happens to change my circumstances or B) something happens to someone I care about that makes me realize that I really need to be grateful for all of the things I take for granted.

I think one of the most important thing I can do as a teacher and nurturer to my children is to teach them to be grateful while they are young, this way hopefully they will become grateful beings without even needing to try.

So this past Sunday, we whipped up some of my favorite cookies and took the cookies and a little note over to Marlee’s teacher to say thank you. Here are the printable thank you cards, feel free to use them for your kids too!

If you use these thank you cards, I’d love to see! Tag me! @cookingwithkarli
