Garlic Parmesan Corn on the Cob is an easy way to take Corn on the Cob to the next level!! Once you taste the garlic and cheese butter on the corn, you’ll never want corn any other way again!
Garlic Parmesan Butter
Garlic and Parmesan are my two favorite flavors to blend together of all time! Especially on veggies.
For some reason, kids eat veggies covered in garlic and cheese. My daughter can’t get enough of these Green Beans!
The butter can be whipped together in less than 1 minute, easily. Four ingredients is all you’ll need.
Butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese and parsley are mixed together and then smothered on hot corn. It is incredibly simple, but incredibly satisfying!
Instant Pot Corn on the Cob
Cooking corn on the cob in the Instant Pot could not be easier.
The corn is tossed in the Instant Pot with the husks on! The corn goes on the trivet, aka the little rack that came with your Instant Pot. (With 1 cup of water underneath!)
The corn is cooked on High Pressure for 3 minutes. Mind blown, right? 3 minutes and then a quick release.
Let the corn sit for a few minutes to cool down to the touch and then shuck the corn. The silk kind of sticks together so it is not near as messy as usual!
While the corn is hot, slather on that Garlic Parmesan Butter!
