Pink lemonade pie is the perfect summer dessert.

Frozen Pink Lemonade Pie- A Favorite Through Generations!

I was a really little girl when I was first introduced to the deliciousness that Frozen Pink Lemonade is. It wouldn’t be an understatement either if I said it was love at first spoonful.

My grandma has made this recipe for years and I always loved when I went to her house and she had some of this pie stashed in her freezer.

The pie is very similar to a frozen Key Lime Pie in that it is cool, tart and full of flavor! I personally love the pink color, though. It is so summery and the taste matches perfectly!

Frozen Pink Lemonade Pie served on a small plate with whipping cream on top.

This pie is perfect for summer because it is so quick and easy to throw together. Summer is the time of year that I like to spend as little of time indoors as possible (bring on the farmer’s tan!) which makes this pie a no-brainer!

Whip this together ahead of time in a matter of minutes! Then pull it out of the freezer right before serving! It honestly can’t get much easier than that!

To make frozen pink lemonade pie you'll need pink lemonade concentrate, sweetened condensed milk, cool whip and a graham cracker crust.

How to make Frozen Pink Lemonade Pie

It is extremely easy to make this pie. I would say this is even kid-cook friendly!!

The first step is to mix the pink lemonade concentrate with the sweetened condensed milk. Feel free to add a little pink or red food coloring to make the pink a little deeper if you’d like.

Once the concentrate and sweetened condensed milk are fully incorporated, fold in the cool whip.

Once everything has been folded and combined well, pour into a prepared graham cracker crust.

There are two sizes that can be bought at the store. You’ll want the larger size!!.. not that I’m speaking from experience or anything. ?

Now comes the absolute hardest, most difficult part of this entire process.. the freeze time.

Set in the freezer overnight before slicing and serving. I know, it’s going to feel like a million years. BUT I give you full permission to lick the bowl. and spoon. and whisk. and the counter if needed.?
