*drum roll, pleaaaase..*
I’m Karli, the face behind this blog. Bet you could of guessed that, huh? ? I am married to my childhood community swim team teammate (Woah, try and say that three times fast!). Together we have 4 kiddos. My husband, Dan, and I have been married for over a decade.
We love each other & our crazy kids! Dan has been the biggest supporter of my blog since day one. I wouldn’t be anywhere near where I am today without his optimism & encouragement. Everyone really needs a ‘Dan’.  They are pretty awesome, I really like mine. 🙂
This blog is a little glimpse into my kitchen, family & life. I hope you’ll giggle the days away with me and enjoy the craziness that goes on at my house. Â There isn’t ever a shortage of crazy. I can promise you that! Buckle up, keep your hand and legs inside at all times and enjoy the ride!

I wonder if you could do a series on substitutes for eggs or redo some of your most popular recipes with applesauce, flaxseed or other eggs replacements in baking with the sky high price of eggs.
Hi! I have a post on Egg Substitutes! You can find it here: https://cookiesfordays.com/egg-substitutes-for-baking/
Hello! I just found your blog and am so grateful I did because my poor family is needing some new recipes and yours look amazing!
As I go to your recipe index from my iPhone, I see cookies, bagels, no bake, etc.. but nowhere do I see anything that said “main dish,” “salad,” etc. I would love to see more of those main categories included as I go about looking at your recipes. It would make things so much easier as I try to meal plan.
Thank you so much! I’m excited to get in the kitchen again after finding your blog!
Hey Karli! I Just wanted to say how much I LOVE your recipes!!! I came across your website when looking for a copycat recipe for Crumbl cookies and I’ve been hooked ever since!!!!! I just saw that Crumbl did a colab with the Kardashians and these cookies all look incredible!!!!! So, if your taking request/suggestions/ideas this may be a fun one to recreate. It would also selfishly make me super happy lol!!!
Thanks for being so awesome and sharing all your amazing recipes!
I received you new cook book today. Beautiful! I was looking at the book and notice a receipt has cookie butter in it. 1/4 cup, what is that? Is there a receipt? Thank you.
Yay! I’m so glad you love the cookbook. You can find my recipe for homemade cookie butter here: https://cookiesfordays.com/cookie-butter/
i love all your baked goods thank you!!
Dear Kari,
I love the great details you put in your recipes to help us be successful! Thank you so much!
Sincerely, Gail
Hey Karli! I’ve made a bunch of your Crumbl recipes, and I’m always amazed by how closely they match the originals. One bite and I’m right back to my first Crumbl experience! Your website is my go-to for new cookie ideas. I do have a Crumbl cookie request—it’s my all-time favorite, and I’ve been really hoping to see it pop up. If you ever get the chance, could you make the Chocolate Milkshake cookie from Crumbl? I’d be so excited to see it! If you let me know by email when it’s posted, I’d really appreciate it.
Hi Addie! Thank you so much for your support. I have great news for you – I actually just posted this recipe last month. You can find my chocolate milkshake cookie here: https://cookingwithkarli.com/chocolate-milkshake-cookies-cookie-of-the-month/ .
Just stumbled onto your recipes, and I am so excited! First up, trying the sugar cookies and the brownie cookies. I love to bake, but hate when recipes call for things I don’t have in the pantry (Eye of Newt, toes of a werewolf – who has those on hand?!). Thanks for sharing your recipes. Can’t wait to try these!
You’re amazing Karli! Thank you so much for sharing your recipes with us! LOVE the Cookies for Days book!!
Thank you so much for being here!
Hi Karli! I just tried your Crumbl chocolate cookie recipe and am sooo happy! I’ve been trying MANY recipes that claim to not spread and yours is by far the best out there. I’ll definitely make these again at Christmas time with red and green M&M’s. THANK YOU!
