*drum roll, pleaaaase..*
I’m Karli, the face behind this blog. Bet you could of guessed that, huh? ? I am married to my childhood community swim team teammate (Woah, try and say that three times fast!). Together we have 4 kiddos. My husband, Dan, and I have been married for over a decade.
We love each other & our crazy kids! Dan has been the biggest supporter of my blog since day one. I wouldn’t be anywhere near where I am today without his optimism & encouragement. Everyone really needs a ‘Dan’.  They are pretty awesome, I really like mine. 🙂
This blog is a little glimpse into my kitchen, family & life. I hope you’ll giggle the days away with me and enjoy the craziness that goes on at my house. Â There isn’t ever a shortage of crazy. I can promise you that! Buckle up, keep your hand and legs inside at all times and enjoy the ride!

Hi
I really wanted to try your Crumbl chocolate chip cookie recipe but 4 1/2 cups of flour doesn’t weight 684 it weighs 540 and that’s too much of a difference to try them. Please correct the grams or increase the cups whichever way makes it right . Thanks.
Hi Randa! I personally measure all of my ingredients when baking. I go into why my metric measurements might vary from your expectation here: https://cookingwithkarli.com/metric-measurements/ if you’d like to check it out!
I definitely got 684 g out of 4 1/2c of flour, and I did it by cup first a d emptied it in the bowl on my scale…I to was a lil skeptical of that much flour. But it was right.
Karli I cannot find the strawberry instant pudding anywhere for those Neapolitan cookies. Also, do you really like Clear vanilla versus regular vanilla for a lot of your icing frosting?
The clear vanilla just helps the frosting stay whiter which is prettier for photos, but has no impact on taste! You can use either. If you cannot find the pudding, you can use 1 tsp of strawberry extract or emulsion and 3-4 Tbsp of flour, mixed together until it is no longer sticky in its place.
I would love to make your Giant Smores and Hot Fudge Poptarts into cookies. Would you alter any part of the recipe? Should the cooking time be closer to 10-12 minutes?
Um, I LOVE that idea. Yes, I recommend baking 10-12 minutes instead! You can consult my mini strawberry poptart cookie recipe for help: https://cookingwithkarli.com/mini-poptart-cookies-cookie-of-the-month/
Hi Karli would you have a simple recipe for making chocolate mousse.
Hi! Here’s a recipe for Chocolate Mousse Pie you can check out: https://cookingwithkarli.com/chocolate-mousse-pie/
Hi, I bought your book and love it! I have one question. Can I make the crumble chocolate chip cookie dough and put it in the fridge overnight and bake them the next day?
I’m so glad you love the book! Yes, you absolutely can. I recommend scooping the dough into balls before refrigerating. Let the dough sit at room temperature while the oven preheats before baking.
I made the churro cookies and they are delicious!
Thank you for not keeping your talent for yourself and thank you for sharing everything 🥰!
God bless you !🙏🏼
