This is a dessert that will please literally ANYONE. I mean, who doesn’t like strawberries, whipped cream and vanilla frosting?
Strawberry season is just around the corner!! What better way to celebrate ripe strawberries than filling them with the tastiest Whipped Cream Frosting.

Have you ever heard of Whipped Cream Frosting before? Just know you need some in your life. Like, yesterday. It is very simple, literally vanilla buttercream and whipped cream folded together.
Once you’ve hulled your strawberries and have the whipped cream frosting all made, finishing off the dessert is as easy as piping the frosting inside of the strawberries! I like to just use a zip top bag if I don’t have any pastry bags on hand.
The frosting works great as a fruit dip as well, so any leftovers are usually eaten with other fruit oooor just with a spoon.

Strawberries ‘n Cream are fresh strawberries filled with vanilla whipped cream frosting. This is a delicious, fresh and easy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1lb strawberries washed, hulled
- 1/4cup butter
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1tbsp milk
- 1 1/2cups powder sugar
- 1/2cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Wash and hull strawberries. Set aside.
- Combine butter, vanilla, milk and powdered sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer. Whip well until light and fluffy. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Now, whip the heavy cream using the whisk attachment on a stand mixer or with beaters until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the vanilla buttercream until completely combined and smooth.
- Use either a piping bag or a zip top bag to fill the inside of the strawberries with the whipped cream frosting.
- Keep Refrigerated until right before serving.

- 1 lb strawberries washed, hulled
