Start by preheating the oven to 180°F.
Next, line a cookie sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
On the lined cookie sheet, arrange 24 Oreo Thins next to each other to create a single layer.
Break or chop up the white chocolate and milk chocolate bars into small pieces and sprinkle over the top of Oreos.
Place the whole pan in the 180°F oven and warm the chocolate for 5-7 minutes or until melted.
While the chocolate is warming, melt the red candy melts in the microwave according to the directions on the package.
Once the chocolate has begun to melt, remove the pan from the oven. Use the back of a spoon or an offset spatula to swirl and spread the chocolate to coat the top of the Oreos.
Finish off by drizzling the red candy melts onto the melted chocolate and then topping with sprinkles and valentines M&M’s.
Allow the chocolate to completely set up and then cut into desired sized pieces.
Enjoy!
