No Bake Peanut Butter Salty Bars

No Bake Peanut Butter Salty Bars are the perfect salty and sweet treat. Potato chips, pretzels, marshmallows, M&M's,  are held together with a sweet, peanut butter coating. These are a salty play on Scotcharoos, the classic peanut butter, chocolate and butterscotch rice Krispy treat.
