Fudge Frosting
This is my go-to chocolate Fudge Frosting! It is velvety smooth and thick with the ideal chocolate flavoring. Ps. It’s super easy, too.

- 3/4 cup (167g) salted butter, softened
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (120g) dutch processed cocoa powder
- 4 cups (428g) powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- milk to thin, if needed
Start by whipping the butter and cream cheese until smooth. You can do this with an electric hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer.

Next, add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing until it is combined before adding another cup.
4 cups (428g) powdered sugar
Scrape down the sides and add in the cocoa powder and the vanilla.
1 cup (120g) dutch processed cocoa powder, 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Finally, add in milk 1 tsp at a time until you've reached your desired consistency.

Use on brownies, bars, cookies or even cakes.
