Chicken Roll Ups

For the Roll Ups
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken rotisserie
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 16 crescent rolls 2 packages of 8
For the Sauce:
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, cooked rice, softened cream cheese, butter, garlic, salt, paprika and oregano, mixing until well combined.
Open the packages of crescent rolls and add a scoop of the chicken and rice mixture to the center of each roll.
Roll up the crescent roll with the chicken mixture inside and arrange in a greased 9x13 pan. Repeat with remaining chicken and crescent dough.
In a small bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, shredded cheese and salt and pepper.
Pour over the crescent rolls, spreading it evenly.
Bake at 350° F for 30-40 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and the crescent rolls are cooked through.
