Chicken Roll Ups

Ingredients

For the Roll Ups

  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken rotisserie
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 16 crescent rolls 2 packages of 8

For the Sauce:

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, cooked rice, softened cream cheese, butter, garlic, salt, paprika and oregano, mixing until well combined.
  • Open the packages of crescent rolls and add a scoop of the chicken and rice mixture to the center of each roll.
  • Roll up the crescent roll with the chicken mixture inside and arrange in a greased 9x13 pan. Repeat with remaining chicken and crescent dough.
  • In a small bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, shredded cheese and salt and pepper.
  • Pour over the crescent rolls, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake at 350° F for 30-40 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and the crescent rolls are cooked through.
  • Enjoy!
