Chicken Club Sandwiches
I am a chicken club sandwich lady, and this one is my very fave. Quick, fresh, and flavorful, it’s bound to be your new fixation meal.
Servings: 4 Sandwiches
- 12 thin slices Artisan bread
- 1 Rotisserie chicken breast, sliced thin
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 small Head of lettuce
- 16 slices Pre-cooked bacon
- 8 slices Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- Everything but the bagel seasoning
Toast your slices of bread first, if preferred.
To assemble your sandwich, first, spread mayonnaise on one side of a slice of bread. Sprinkle the mayo with everything but the bagel seasoning.
Add lettuce and then tomato onto the slice of bread.
Arrange the sliced chicken breast and then 2 slices of pre-cooked bacon onto the sandwich.
Top with a slice of cheese.
Spread mayonnaise onto a second slice of bread and place on top of the cheese and repeat the previous step to make a double decker chicken club sandwich.
