Caramel Apple Bowls
Caramel Apple Bowls are THE treat of Fall! Tart apples diced into bite-sized pieces and covered with a silky soft homemade caramel, if you have 5 minutes, you’re ready to enjoy this Fall fave in the easiest (and yummiest) way.

- 2 Tbsp salted butter
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tbsp corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1 apple, diced
- flakey sea salt, if desired
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter.

To the melted butter, whisk in the brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, corn syrup and heavy cream until completely combined.

Cook in the microwave on high for 30 seconds and then stir. Repeat, cooking for 30 additional seconds.
Once cooked, remove from the microwave and stir for about 2 minutes to help the caramel cool and thicken.
Allow the caramel to set while you wash and dice your apple and place it in a bowl.

Pour the thickened and cooled caramel over the apples, sprinkle with flakey sea salt if desired, and enjoy with a fork.
