- 6 apples, peeled and cut
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

Start by preheating the oven to 350°F.
Peel and cut your apples into slices. Toss the apples with the granulated sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon.

Once combined, pour the melted butter and vanilla into the bowl. Stir until you have a mixture similar to wet sand.
Pour and distribute the apple crisp topping mixture on top of the sliced apples.
