Edible Brownie Batter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup melted salted butter
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 heaping cup dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate

Instructions

  • Measure out the all purpose flour into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds to heat treat the flour.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until mixed thoroughly.
  • Whisk in the milk and vanilla.
  • Fold in the heat treated flour, cocoa powder and salt. Mix until a brownie batter forms.
  • Fold in the chopped chocolate + serve!
  • Enjoy!
