Chocolate Chip Pie
Chocolate Chip Pie is an ultra chewy pie. The Chocolate Chip Cookie is inside of a classic pie crust. Serve it up with vanilla ice cream for the ultimate dessert. Kids absolutely love this pie!

- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup Hershey Bar, chopped
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 pie crust* uncooked
Preheat oven to 325°.
In a medium bowl, using an electric hand mixer, beat the 2 eggs until foamy.
Add in the sugars and vanilla. beat for 2 minutes
Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the bowl along with the flour and salt. Mix until completely combined.
Fold in the chopped Hershey's bar and mini chocolate chips
Line a pie plate with the uncooked pie crust. Pour the pie filling mixture into the uncooked pie crust.
Bake at 325° for 45-55 min. You should be able to insert a toothpick and have it come out mostly clean before removing it from the oven. The top of the pie will darken in color. Allow the pie to cool until warm before cutting.
