Measure the Chex cereal out in a large bowl. Set aside.
Separate the cookies from the cream of the Oreos into two separate bowls, using a butter knife.
Set the cream filling aside for now.
Crush the cookies until very fine and powdery. I like to use my blender or food processor for this step.
Pour the crushed cookies into a large gallon sized ziplock bag. Set aside.
Add 1/2 cup white chocolate chips to the bowl with the cream filling. Microwave for 1 minute, stirring at the 30 second mark. Stir until completely smooth.
Pour the creamy mixture over the cereal. Stir until evenly coated.
Transfer the covered cereal to the zip top bag with the crushed Oreos in it. Zip the top and shake until the cereal is completely covered with Oreo crumbs.
