Creamy Salsa Chicken Dip
Creamy Salsa Chicken Dip is an easy appetizer that will wow your tastebuds! The base of the dip only uses 4 ingredients! Cream cheese, salsa, chicken and cheese! Top with tomatoes, olives, green onions, avocado.. whatever you like! This will become your favorite tortilla chip dip!
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded chicken cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 roma tomato diced
- 1-2 green onions sliced
- 1 avacado diced
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream together cream cheese and salsa using an electric mixer.
Continuing to use the mixer, add in the shredded chicken. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Spread the mixture onto the bottom of an 8x8 pan or pie plate.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Top with any or all of the toppings you'd like! Serve with Tortilla Chips
