Servings: 24 servings (1/2 cup serving)
- 8 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups rice chex
- 2 cups corn chex
- 1 1/2 cups wheat chex
- 1 cup cheese its
- 1 cup bagel chips
- 1 cup mini pretzels
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup soup crackers
- 1 1/2 cups goldfish crackers
Start by preheating the oven to 250° F.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter completely (approximately 40 seconds+).
To the melted butter add the Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powder. Stir together and then set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients (cereal, crackers etc). Lightly stir to combine, careful not to overmix and break everything.
Now take your butter mixture and pour it into the cereal mixture bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Pour the chex mix into a large roaster pan and bake in the 250° F oven for a total of 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Allow the chex mix to cool before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
