- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp salted butter room temperature
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Add your flour to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds.

In a separate bowl, use a fork to combine the butter and sugars until completely combined and fluffy.
