- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
Crack egg into microwave safe bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Scramble the egg with a fork.
Microwave for 1 minute. The bowl may be hot, be careful when taking it out of the microwave.
top with cheese, salsa or anything else you'd like and enjoy!
