- 16 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1 Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup green onion finely sliced
- 1/2 cup almond slivers
Mix the cream cheese and onion soup mix until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the shredded cheese and green onions.
Shape into a ball with a silicone spatual, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Place the almonds in a separate bowl.
Carefully pour the cheeseball into the almonds. Gently turn and roll the cheeseball until the entire ball is covered.
Reshape into a ball using your hands if needed.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
