P.F. Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps (Instant Pot & Stove Top)
P.F. Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps are a quick, flavorful low-carb dinner. The ground chicken, water chestnuts, green onions covered in the homemade sauce that consists of soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Adults and kids alike always devour this easy meal.

Servings: 4 -6 servings
- 1 cup water if using the Instant Pot
- 1.5 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic dried
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 1 5 oz can water chestnuts
- 3 green onions sliced
- 1 head of lettuce
For the Stovetop: Brown the ground chicken. Go to step #6.
For the Instant Pot: Place the water in the liner of the Instant Pot.
Place the ground chicken on the trivet, lower the trivet into the Instant Pot.
Cook on Manual HIGH for 5 minutes. Quick Release the pressure.
Lift the trivet out of the Instant Pot, discard the liquid, return the ground chicken to Instant Pot. Crumble the ground chicken and turn the Instant Pot on to the Sauté function.
Add the onion, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, ground ginger, sesame oil and water chestnuts. Let the Instant Pot simmer until the sauce has reduced, approx. 3 minutes.
Toss the green onions into the Instant Pot and stir in before serving.
Serve inside a lettuce leaf.
