Oatmeal Chocolate No Bake Cookie Recipe
Slightly chewy, peanut buttery, oaty, chocolatey perfection - no bake chocolate cookies are the easiest way to a BIG yum.

Servings: 24 cookies
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups quick oats
Combine the sugar, cocoa powder, milk and butter in a sauce pan over medium high heat.
Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute and then remove from heat.
Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until completely combined.
Stir in the quick oats. Let it sit for a minute or two until it has thickened a little bit.
Once thickened, scoop the cookies onto parchment or wax paper.
Cool completely before serving.
