Cadbury Avalanche Bars
No-bake Cadbury Avalanche Bars are just like the cookies without the scooping! With Cadbury and peanut butter, you'll love this Easter treat.

- 11 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups rice krispy cereal
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cups crushed cadbury mini eggs
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and peanut butter.
Microwave for 30 seconds and then stir. Repeat this step until you can stir the mixture smooth.
Stir in the cereal and mini marshmallows until coated evenly.
Press into a parchment lined 9x9 pan.
Sprinkle the crushed cadbury mini eggs onto the top of the bars and press the pieces in so they stick.
Place the pan in the fridge to help them set up faster.
Cut into squares and serve.
