Cadbury Avalanche Bars

No-bake Cadbury Avalanche Bars are just like the cookies without the scooping! With Cadbury and peanut butter, you'll love this Easter treat.

Ingredients

  • 11 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups rice krispy cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cups crushed cadbury mini eggs

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and peanut butter.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds and then stir. Repeat this step until you can stir the mixture smooth.
  • Stir in the cereal and mini marshmallows until coated evenly.
  • Press into a parchment lined 9x9 pan.
  • Sprinkle the crushed cadbury mini eggs onto the top of the bars and press the pieces in so they stick.
  • Place the pan in the fridge to help them set up faster.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
  • Enjoy!
