In a large skillet, heat a small amount of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
Add the 'Super Blend' veggies to the skillet. Stir-fry them for about 3-5 minutes or until they become tender. You can cover the skillet to help steam them, stirring occasionally.
Once the veggies are tender, push them to one side of the skillet.
Add the diced rotisserie chicken to the other side of the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the chicken is heated through and slightly browned.
Combine the cooked chicken and veggies in the skillet.
Add the pre-cooked stir-fry noodles to the skillet and gently toss them with the chicken and veggies.
In a small bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, veggies, and noodles in the skillet. Stir well to ensure everything is coated evenly.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the dish to heat through.
Season the Chicken Chow Mein with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preferences.
Once everything is heated and well combined, remove the skillet from the heat.
Serve your homemade Chicken Chow Mein hot. You can garnish it with sesame seeds or sliced green onions for extra flavor and presentation. Enjoy!
