Creamy Ranch Chicken
Creamy with a zesty kick, ranch chicken is easy enough to serve as a weeknight meal but is worthy of being sunday dinner.

- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
In a large pan or skillet, melt the butter completely over medium high heat.
Once the butter is melted, add in the flour and whisk until combined. Allow the flour and butter mixture to cook for about 30 seconds.
Slowly pour in the chicken broth while whisking. After the chicken broth has been added, pour in the heavy whipping cream, whisking smooth.
Whisk in the ranch seasoning and add the shredded rotisserie chicken.
Cook until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is heated through.
Serve over rice or alongside baked potatoes.
