Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders

- 12 rolls
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, I use rotisserie chicken
- 4 slices ham
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350°. Cut the rolls in half.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard and honey.
In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder and salt.
Spread the creamy honey mustard mixture on the bottom of the rolls.
Place the shredded chicken evenly across the rolls. Add the slices of ham and then the slices of Swiss cheese on top.
Brush the inside of the top portion of the roll with the melted garlic butter. Place the top of the rolls onto the cheese.
Bake covered at 350° for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese has melted.
Serve Immediately!
