Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 rolls
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, I use rotisserie chicken
  • 4 slices ham
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cut the rolls in half.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard and honey.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder and salt.
  • Spread the creamy honey mustard mixture on the bottom of the rolls.
  • Place the shredded chicken evenly across the rolls. Add the slices of ham and then the slices of Swiss cheese on top.
  • Brush the inside of the top portion of the roll with the melted garlic butter. Place the top of the rolls onto the cheese.
  • Bake covered at 350° for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese has melted.
  • Serve Immediately!
