Fiesta Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • 1/2 can black beans
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 ranch seasoning packet
  • 2 cups shredded chicken

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a large skillet over low heat. If you’d rather, you can also add all ingredients to a slow cooker and heat on low - following subsequent steps.
  • Cover and allow all of the ingredients to warm up for about 10- 15 minutes.
  • Once everything is warmed through, stir to combine.
  • Serve as a chip dip, over rice, or in a quesadilla.
