Easy Orange Chicken Recipe
I am a sucker for sweet and tangy orange chicken! And this homemade orange chicken is quicker and yummier than the fried take out version.

- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cups diced rotisserie chicken
In a cold medium skillet, whisk together the soy sauce, orange juice, cold water, granulated sugar, ground ginger, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and cornstarch until combined.
Once combined, heat over medium high heat until boiling and thickened.
Add in the diced rotisserie chicken and serve over rice.
Alternatively, you could use this sauce as a dip for chicken nuggets or egg rolls.
