Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Chocolate chip pancakes are an easy way to add fun to your day! Fluffy with gooey pockets of chocolate, these are sure to be a big hit!

  • Preheat a large electric griddle to 350°.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and granulated sugar.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together the milk, buttermilk, vanilla and eggs.
  • Add the liquids into the dry mixture and whisk until only small lumps remain.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Ladle the pancake batter onto the preheated and sprayed griddle.
  • Cook until the edges have firmed up, bubbles are popping throughout the pancake and the bottom is golden brown. At that point, flip the pancake and cook on the other side for an additional 30 seconds or until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Top with strawberries and whipped cream. Enjoy!
