- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 small onion, sliced thinly
- 2 cups diced chicken, cooked
- 3 tbsp flour
- 16 oz beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
Add the butter and sliced onion to a large skillet over medium high heat.
Cook until the onions are translucent and starting to brown.
Add the diced chicken and cook for 1-2 mintues.
Add the flour and stir until coated.
Slowly add in the beef broth, stirring and simmering until thickened.
Turn down the heat to low and stir in the sour cream, garlic powder and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over egg noodles. Enjoy!
