Fruit Salad
This stunning fruit salad takes the natural sweetness of your favorite fruits and heightens it, creating an irresistable side.

- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and cut
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups red grapes
- 4 kiwis, peeled and cut
- 1 cup cut fresh pineapple
- 1 can (small) mandarin oranges, juices drained
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/8 cup honey
- zest of 1 lime
- 1/2 lime, juiced
Wash, cut and prepare the fruit and place in a large bowl.
In a small container, combine the pineapple juice, honey, lime zest and lime juice. Whisk until smooth.
Pour over the bowl of fruit and toss to combine.
Store in the fridge. Best if eaten within the first 24 hours.
