Fruit Smoothie Formula
Fruit Smoothies are the perfect way to cool off in the summer! This recipe, or formula, is easy to adapt so you can create your own flavors!
Servings: 2 servings
- 1 cup liquid
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2-3 cups frozen fruit
Add the liquid, yogurt and 2 cups of the frozen fruit to a blender.
Blend until smooth. If you desire a thicker smoothie, add the additional cup of frozen fruit.
Keep any leftovers in the freezer. If eating from frozen, let it sit on the counter for 30 minutes prior to eating.
