Instant Pot Chicken and Gravy
Instant Pot Chicken and Gravy is just that, perfectly cooked chicken in record time smothered in a flavorful gravy perfect for rice or mashed potatoes. Just dump and go!

- 1.5 -2 lbs chicken tenderloins
- 14 oz can chicken broth
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken
- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg au jus seasoning mix
In this order, add the chicken broth, chicken, cream of soups and seasoning mix. DO NOT STIR.
Cook on high pressure, for fresh chicken tenders cook for 3 minutes with a 6 minute natural pressure release. For frozen chicken cook for 6 minutes with a 6 minute natural pressure release.*
Remove the chicken, whisk the gravy to fully incorporate the cream of soups. This will thicken the gravy. Return the chicken to the gravy.
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
