  • 1 cup hot water*
  • 6 cups broccoli florets

  • Pour the hot water* into the liner of your Instant Pot.
  • Place the broccoli into your steamer basket and place th steamer basket into the Instant Pot. If you don't have a steamer basket, stack the broccoli on to the trivet.
  • Lock your lid into place and turn the knob to 'sealing'.
  • Press 'STEAM' and adjust the time down to 0 (ZERO) mintues.
  • The Instant Pot will come to pressure (will take 5-10 mintues) and after it has been brought to pressure it will beep letting you know the cook cycle is over. At this point, manually move the knob over to 'vent' to quick release the pressure.
  • Once the pressure has all been released, remove the lid and your broccoli is done!

*This measurement is for a 6 qt Instant Pot. Use 1/2 cup of hot water for a 3 qt and 1 1/2 cups water for an 8 qt.
