Hot Chocolate Cookies
Hot Chocolate Cookies are a chewy, chocolate cookie that is flavored with Hot Chocolate powder! The extra semi sweet chocolate chips and mini marshmallows create the whole hot cocoa experience right in the palm of your hand! These cookies are the perfect addition to your Christmas Cookie list!

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup hot chocolate mix
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup miniature dehydrated marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Cream together the butter, both sugars, eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, hot chocolate mix, salt and baking soda.
- Mix the dry ingredients with the creamed mixture. Mix well.
- Fold the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows into the cookie dough.
- Scoop onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 9-11 minutes or until the tops are no longer glossy.
- Cool on the pan. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
