Peanut Butter Cookies {Soft & Chewy!}

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350*.
  • Cream together the butter and sugars.
  • Add in the eggs, vanilla and peanut butter.
  • Mix the dry ingredients with the creamed mixture. Mix well.
  • Scoop the dough into equal sized balls.
  • Roll the balls in sugar and use a fork to press the cookies criss cross.
  • Bake at 350° for 9-11 minutes. Pull out of the oven with they are no longer glossy on top.
  • Let cool on the pan.
