No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola Bars can be made in under 10 minutes. These granola bars are actually healthy! They are a perfect snack or a great for school lunch! Kids absolutely love these granola bars!

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup Krispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips optional


  • Measure out the oats, cereal and almonds. Set aside.
  • Bring honey and brown sugar to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 45 seconds and then remove from heat.
  • Add in peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until completely combined and smooth.
  • Pour over the oats, cereal and almonds. Stir to evenly coat in the peanut butter mixture.
  • Press in a parchment paper lined 9X9 pan. Pack very tightly.
  • Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top and press them into the granola bar. 
  • Cool completely before slicing.
  • The granola bars keep well at room temperature in an air tight container for up to 5 days.


*Rolled oats will not work! Must use quick oats.
*To cool quickly, toss in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. Make sure not to forget about them!!
