Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream (No Churn)
Super sweet and creamy vanilla ice cream fresh from your own kitchen. This recipe couldn't be more simple or more delicious.

Servings: 8 servings
- 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Add all of the ingredients for the ice cream into a blender. Blend until smooth and thick, about 30 seconds. It should be similar to a whipped cream.
Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze for 1 hour.
Stir the ice cream at the 1 hour mark. Return to the freezer and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 hours.
Then freeze until solid (I usually just freeze overnight).
