- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400°.
In a large bowl and measure out the pancake mix, cocoa sugar, egg, milk and melted butter into the bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Using a small spoon separate the batter into 12 lined muffin tins.
Bake at 400° for 12- 15 minutes.
Immediately after taking the muffins out of the oven, place extra chocolate chips on top for decoration, if desired.
