Servings: 6 people
- 3 lbs steak cut into chunks
- Onions & other veggies optional, cut into chunks
- salt and pepper
Garlic Butter
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 3/4 tsp minced garlic (cans sub 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tbsp fresh minced parsley (can sub 1 tsp dried parsley)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Add the meat and veggies to your skewers (I suggest metal ones). Make sure that there is enough space in between each element so everything cooks evenly.
Grill on 450° for approx 5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature has reached your desired doneness (160° is well done, 135° is medium rare).
While the kabobs are on the grill, combine all of the ingredients for the garlic butter in a small bowl.
Immediately after pulling the kabobs off the grill, spread the butter mixture all over the kabobs, allowing the butter to melt from he heat of the kabobs.
Cover and allow the kabobs to rest for 5 mintues before serivng.
