Garlic Butter Steak Kabobs

Garlic Steak Kabobs are grilled to perfection and covered with a garlic butter sauce which makes them irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs steak cut into chunks
  • Onions & other veggies optional, cut into chunks
  • salt and pepper

Garlic Butter

  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 tsp minced garlic (cans sub 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced parsley (can sub 1 tsp dried parsley)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Add the meat and veggies to your skewers (I suggest metal ones). Make sure that there is enough space in between each element so everything cooks evenly.
  • Grill on 450° for approx 5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature has reached your desired doneness (160° is well done, 135° is medium rare).
  • While the kabobs are on the grill, combine all of the ingredients for the garlic butter in a small bowl.
  • Immediately after pulling the kabobs off the grill, spread the butter mixture all over the kabobs, allowing the butter to melt from he heat of the kabobs.
  • Cover and allow the kabobs to rest for 5 mintues before serivng.
