Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 3 lb chuck roast
  • 14.5 oz can beef broth
  • 1 pkg au jus seasoning
  • 1 pkg lipton onion soup mix

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the slow cooker (no need to brown the roast).
  • Cook on high for 5-7 hours or on low for 8-12 hours or until fork tender.
  • Shred the meat and return it to the juices until ready to serve.
  • Serve on a crusty roll with cheese, dipped into the drippings before eating.
